Tyler began his career in the hair industry at Paul Mitchell The School Lexington. He has become well-known as a successful stylist in the Lexington and Eastern KY area. Tyler continues to value education, broadening his knowledge, and talent. He takes yearly trips to New York City and London, UK to master his craft. Tyler is an Internationally trained stylist offering culture and a deeper development of his skills. He believes education is the foundation of success and continues to learn daily.

Tyler specialize in both male and female hair services, ranging from coloring, cutting, extensions and creative styling. Tyler was a part of a well established salon for seven years, where he served as Artistic Director and also contributed to the in-house training program. Tyler has embarked on a journey of his own creating Parlor Salon!  Tyler's goal is to continue to serve his guest in the hair arena and provide other stylist a place to grow. Tyler takes pride in his work and strives to keep heart in the work environment. Tyler believes investing in people is the key to success..

Joritta is a co-owner of Parlor Salon Hamburg Pavilion and serves as the Salon Coordinator for the Henry Clay  Parlor Salon location. With many years of experience in management, she plays a vital role in the seamless operation of our salon and spa.

Joritta oversees daily operations, appointment coordination, team logistics, and inventory management, ensuring every detail runs with efficiency and intention. Her leadership and organizational expertise allow our stylists to focus on delivering exceptional service while guests enjoy a smooth, elevated experience.

Faith Santini has been a licensed cosmetologist for more than 30 years and has a passion about helping people look and feel their best. As a Cosmetology instructor, she believes education and lifelong learning are essential to providing exceptional service and staying current in an evolving industry. Faith enjoys working with men, women and children, offering a full range of services, including haircuts, color, highlights, balayage, and extensions. She believes every successful appointment begins with listening. By taking time to understand each guest lifestyle, preference and goals she creates a personalized experience that helps clients feel confident in and out of the salon. Building lasting relationships is one of the most rewarding parts of her career. She values trust, open communication, honesty, and empathy, and strives to create a welcoming environment, where each guest feels heard, respected, and comfortable. Meet Cortnie born and raised in the Lexington area, Cortnie brings more than 13 years of experience behind the chair and a lifelong passion for the beauty industry. Growing up in her family’s barbershop, she was introduced to hair at an early age, laying the foundation for the creative career she has built today.

After spending much of the last decade living and working in Nashville, Cortnie cultivated a diverse clientele that ranged from entertainers and creative professionals to guests from all walks of life. She also spent several months assisting the lead hairstylist for a renowned rock photographer, gaining valuable experience in editorial and behind-the-scenes styling.

Cortnie is passionate about creating hair that feels authentic to each guest. She specializes in vivid color, alternative cuts, and expressive styles, while prioritizing ammonia-free, sustainable products whenever possible. Her goal is for every guest to leave the salon feeling confident, empowered, and like the very best version of themselves.

For Cortnie, the most rewarding part of her career is building genuine connections and helping people feel as beautiful on the outside as they are within. When she’s away from the salon, you’ll likely find her spending time with her pug, exploring a new creative hobby—from macramé and wood burning to crystal jewelry—or continuing her education to stay inspired by the latest techniques and trends.

With over seven years behind the chair, I specialize in precision haircuts, dimensional highlights, and customized all-over color designed to enhance your natural beauty. My approach is thoughtful and detail-driven, focusing on creating looks that not only feel elevated in the salon but remain effortless in your everyday life.

As a mother, I understand that great hair has to work in the real world. It should grow out gracefully, style easily, and give you confidence without demanding hours of upkeep. That perspective shapes every service I provide—balancing beauty, practicality, and longevity.

Everybody needs a little bit of color in their life and that’s where Kaity comes in. Kaity has an extreme love of the industry, some even say it’s in her blood. She was taught skills from a young age as both of her aunts were stylists and her grandmother owned a salon of her own. Together they lit a spark in Kaity. This search for information hasn’t stopped since, she continues education at every chance. Kaity specializes in all things alternative when it comes to cuts and colors, but absolutely loves a classic look as well. Kaity also prides herself in being an inclusive stylist and welcomes anyone and everyone to take a seat in her chair and feel loved. 

Torrie is a proud graduate of CTE Winchester and was excited to start her journey at Parlor Salon.  Her deep passion for the beauty industry was nurtured in her childhood, surrounded by the salon environment with her Mother.  While Torrie has a special passion and skill for blonding she is also inspired by enhancing one's natural beauty with extensions, Torrie is committed to creating an inclusive space for all clients. She aims for everyone who sits in her chair to feel free to express their true selves and enlighten their beauty. She loves seeing the joy on her guest's face when she reveals their new hairstyle and look.

From Carlisle Kentucky, Larkin is a proud graduate of Paul Mitchell the School Lexington who is furthering his education here a Parlor Salon. Larkin has a special passion for cutting, blonding, texture services, alternative hair, and more. More than just a stylist, Larkin believes his salon chair is a safe space and is committed to being welcoming to all. Larkin’s goal is to help every client awaken their inner Beyoncé through a look that makes them feel confident, powerful, and absolutely radiant.
